Accepted applications to attend the Progressive Institute conference or seminar (”Event”) are in every case subject to these terms and conditions:
Payment Terms - To secure your registration, payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice.
Confirmation of Registration - Application for registration will not be accepted before payment is received or having lapsed if payment is not received within 14 days of invoice
Right of Admission - Progressive Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to the event where evidence of full payment cannot be provided. Included in the event are lunch, refreshments and seminar material deemed necessary.
Delegate substitution - May be anytime without incurring additional charges.
Delegate cancellation - Must be received by Progressive Institute in writting and cancellations received 15 days before the event start date, entitle the delegate to full credit. Non - attenittendance without written cancellation is treated as cancellation with no entitlement to any refund or credit. Substitution and cancellations or speaker and speakers are confirmed at the time of printing the programme but Progressive Institute reserves the right to substitute, alter or cancel advertised speakers/or topics in appropriate circumstances. If the event is cancelled, delegates payments will be credited to a future event. if the event is rescheduled, the delegate payment will be credited to the rescheduled event. No cash refunds are available for cancellation or postponments.
